The definition of communication
Communication is that people exchange verbal messages and non-verbal messages so that they exchange the information and develop the intimacy among them. It can motivate the members to accomplish the group's goal.
The definition of Job satisfaction
Job satisfaction is that individuals have the positive perspective about their job and feel a sense of belonging. It can strengthen a sense of belonging.
Ⅲ. Hypothesis
From our perspective, it deem that communication satisfies most of our needs, not only physical, identity, but also social. Communication helps humans to define who they are. In other words, it is how we communicate with others that helps us to identify out value. What's more, researchers have identified several social needs that are satisfied through communication, such as affection, inclusion, relaxation and control. These are needs that must be filled, and through communicating with others we can satisfy them.
Since communication affects the extent of familiarity and sense of belonging, we can conclude that if the level of communication is promoted, the extent of familiarity and sense of belonging will be improved. Of course, in our hypothesis, the familiarity and the sense of belonging are developing in a positive way. On the other hand, if the co-workers are familiar with each other and have a sense of belonging to the work they are doing together, the
